Delivery Time Details

1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT

The subject of this Pre-Information Form is to inform the CONSUMER in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation, concerning the distance contract between the BUYER and the SELLER. Additionally, the information related to the articles 5/1-a, d, g, and h of the Distance Contracts Regulation is included in this Pre-Information Form.

The listed and advertised prices are the sale prices. The advertised prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. The prices advertised for a limited time are valid until the specified period ends.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the service contract within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract for services, or from the date of delivery of the goods for goods, without giving any reason.

  • a) In case of multiple deliveries of goods under a single order, the right of withdrawal period starts from the day the last good is delivered to the Buyer or a third party appointed by the Buyer,
  • b) In case of multiple goods in one package, the period starts from the day the last item is delivered,
  • c) In case of regular deliveries over time, the right of withdrawal period starts from the day the first item is delivered to the Buyer or a third party appointed by the Buyer.

The BUYER may notify the SELLER of their withdrawal through the website. The SELLER is obliged to refund the cost of the goods or services to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the notification of withdrawal.

The refund for the goods or services will be made through the same payment method used by the BUYER, without any cost or obligation to the BUYER.

The BUYER must return the goods within 10 (ten) days from the notification of withdrawal, using the agreed upon courier service of the SELLER.

If the BUYER uses the goods according to the instructions and specifications, no liability will be incurred for any changes or deterioration that occur.

If the BUYER uses the courier company specified by the SELLER, the return shipping cost will be borne by the SELLER. If the BUYER returns the goods with a different courier service, the return shipping cost will be borne by the BUYER, and the SELLER is not responsible for any damages occurring during shipping.

In case of return, the goods must be returned with the invoice, including the return section filled out and signed by the BUYER.

With the use of the right of withdrawal, the contractual obligations between the BUYER and SELLER will be terminated without any compensation or penalty.

6. EXCEPTIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
  • a) Contracts for goods or services whose price is subject to financial market fluctuations and is beyond the SELLER's control
  • b) Contracts for goods made according to the BUYER's specifications or personal needs
  • c) Contracts for goods whose protective elements (such as packaging, seal, tape) have been opened after delivery, and goods that are not suitable for health and hygiene reasons for return
  • d) Contracts for goods which are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
  • e) Contracts for services that have been performed before the withdrawal period has expired, with the BUYER's consent.

If the goods/services are excluded from the application of the Distance Contracts Regulation as stated in the above exceptions, the BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

7. WITHDRAWAL NOTIFICATION METHOD

The withdrawal notification must be sent to the SELLER's email address bilgi@pratik.com.tr and the goods must be returned to the SELLER through the courier service specified by the SELLER. The BUYER may also use the Sample Withdrawal Form at the end of this Pre-Information Form.

8. OTHER PROVISIONS
  • This Pre-Information Form is valid until the payment and delivery process is completed, until the goods are delivered, and until the contractual obligations of both parties are fulfilled.
  • The BUYER shall pay the SELLER for the goods/services in accordance with the payment and delivery terms stated in this agreement.
  • The SELLER shall fulfill the contractual obligations, as long as the BUYER complies with the terms of payment and delivery.
  • Both parties agree to comply with the obligations outlined in this agreement.
