DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Agreement has been signed between the parties below within the framework of the terms and conditions specified below.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER agrees to pay the price of the product subject to the order, along with any additional costs such as shipping charges, taxes, and other fees, and acknowledges that they have been informed of these obligations in advance.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the implementation and interpretation of this agreement, the terms listed below will correspond to the explanations provided:

  • MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade,
  • MINISTRY: The Ministry of Customs and Trade,
  • LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
  • REGULATION: The Distance Sales Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188),
  • SERVICE: Any consumer transaction that is not related to the provision of goods, performed or promised for a fee or benefit,
  • SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf of or for the account of the seller,
  • BUYER: A real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a product or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
  • WEBSITE: The website belonging to the SELLER,
  • ORDERING PERSON: A real or legal person who requests a product or service through the SELLER’s website,
  • PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
  • AGREEMENT: This agreement between the SELLER and the BUYER,
  • GOODS: Tangible items subject to purchase and software, audio, video, and other intangible goods prepared for use in an electronic environment.
3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Sales Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualifications and sale price are specified below, which the BUYER orders electronically through the SELLER’s website.

The listed and advertised prices on the website are the sale prices. These prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices advertised for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. PRODUCT/PRODUCTS INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

7.1. The basic characteristics of the product(s)/service(s) (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) are published on the SELLER’s website. If the SELLER has launched a campaign, the basic characteristics of the relevant product can be reviewed during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until the specified campaign date.

7.2. The listed and advertised prices on the website are the sale prices. These prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices advertised for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.

Invoice Delivery: The invoice will be delivered along with the order to the billing address at the time of delivery.

9. GENERAL TERMS

9.1. The BUYER acknowledges and agrees that they have read the basic characteristics of the product, its sale price, payment method, and delivery information on the SELLER’s website, and they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

9.2. The BUYER acknowledges that the product subject to the sale will be delivered through the SELLER’s website. By completing this transaction, the BUYER agrees that they and other users have transmitted all necessary information regarding the agreement electronically and accurately.

10. COMPETENT COURT

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the competent courts are the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

11. EFFECTIVENESS

This agreement becomes effective on the date it is electronically approved by the BUYER.



The parties declare that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this agreement and will fulfill all conditions.
